Beyonce reportedly working on 2 more Netflix specials - Fox News

The Grammy Award-winner just released her new documentary, "Homecoming," which chronicles her historic Coachella performance in 2018, and now fans can expect two more projects from the entertainer on the streaming service.

The singer reportedly signed a three-project deal for a whopping $60 million, according to Variety.

Besides obviously performing, Queen Bey was also credited as an executive producer, writer and director on "Homecoming," so expect her to have complete creative control over the next two specials.

No word yet on what they will be about.

In 2013, Beyonce and HBO worked together on the documentary "Life Is But a Dream" and again in 2017 on the "On the Run" concert special also featuring Jay Z. According to Vulture, HBO was in talks with Bey but then Netflix swooped in and offered her a much more lucrative deal.

Netflix is known for dropping some serious cash on major stars. The streaming service famously paid Dave Chappelle $60 million for three, exclusive stand-up specials and last year struck a deal with Bruce Springsteen to air his show "Springsteen on Broadway" for $20 million.

Netflix also has production deals with two of TV's top producers: $100 million for "Scandal" creator Shonda Rhimes and $250 million for "American Horror Story" creator Ryan Murphy.

Grammy award winning singer Adele has separated from husband Simon Konecki, three years after the pair wed in a secret ceremony.

In an emailed statement to the Associated Press, representatives for the British singer said “Adele and her partner have separated.”

The pair who are parents to 6-year-old son Angelo, have asked for privacy moving forward saying that “there will be no further comment” and affirming their commitment to “raising their son together lovingly.”

The 30-year-old singer married Konecki, a social entrepreneur, in 2016 after five years of dating.

Following months of speculation, Adele confirmed their marital status during her acceptance speech at the 2017 Grammy Awards where she said: “Grammys, I appreciate it. The Academy, I love you. My manager, my husband and my son — you’re the only reason I do it.”

The announcement of the split comes weeks after the singer was spotted entering a recording studio in New York City last month, prompting speculation that a new album is in the works.

The singer's debut album, 19, marked the start of her meteoric rise which has delivered three consecutive number one albums including the best selling album of 2015 with the record breaking 25.

Konecki is the co- founder of Life Water, an eco-friendly brand of water that also funds clean water projects across the globe through charity partner, Drop4Drop.

Adele has separated from her husband Simon Konecki, representatives for the singer have confirmed.

In a statement on Friday, they said the pair were "committed to raising their son together lovingly".

Adele gave birth to her son, Angelo, in 2012. She married Konecki - an investment banker turned charity boss - in 2016 after five years of dating.

The best-selling London-born artist is known for her chart-topping albums 19, 21 and 25.

The statement added that the pair were asking for privacy and there would be no further comment.

They married in secret and Adele first addressed the wedding publicly during an acceptance speech at the 2017 Grammys, where she thanked her "husband".

The singer's debut album, which was released in 2008 and featured hits including Chasing Pavements and Hometown Glory, reached number one in the UK.

She went on to win a string of awards and her follow-up, 21, topped the charts in 30 countries including the US and the UK.

Her third album, 25, sold a record-breaking 800,000 copies in its first week and became the best-selling album of 2015.

In March, Adele, 30, was pictured entering a recording studio in New York City, prompting speculation that she was working on new music.

Konecki left his job at Lehman Brothers in 2005, and founded the ethical water company Life Water. The company and its charity partner Drop 4 Drop "fund clear water projects across the globe".

"I was originally an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and I was doing well and earning a lot of money, but I got sick of that greedy and corrupted world," he told Management Today in 2012.
